Victoria Day Weekend...never really meant that much to me. I have always worked it, never enjoyed it (except...there was that one, but we will leave that for another story)

What a great weekend this has become! Splash pad, playdates, sleep ins (sort of), gardening, eating 3 whole meals together for the first time in what seems like forever.
Such comfort, such genuine happiness....such an awesome feeling that I can sit here typing and a soft smile comes to my face.
I hope you two nuggets grow to know how much you have changed us for the best...what would we have done without you?
You make us the best version of ourselves...just by being ours to love.
So I can say now...I will definatley be looking forward to our next long weekend together, heck...I may even take the whole damn thing off.
